Orders are placed online via the arleam.love/winedoor website. Customers select the appropriate delivery option, considering both delivery costs and timelines.
After selecting the desired products, you will need to provide the delivery address, phone number, and your preferred delivery date and time.
Once the selection is completed, you will proceed with order finalisation, leading to confirmation of purchase.
If additional details are necessary to ensure a smooth delivery process, you can provide them during checkout.
Our delivery team will contact you for any clarifications and to confirm the delivery details.Upon delivery, we strongly recommend checking the product for quality in the presence of the delivery person. If any issues are identified, such as damage or incorrect items, you may request a replacement or return immediately.
Delivery is organised in two stages:

Delivery Cost and Timeline:
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and product availability. Please note that estimated timelines can also be affected by order volume or unforeseen circumstances. Within Yerevan, the delivery cost is 1,000 AMD, and orders are typically delivered within 24 hours.
